We want you to be happy with your purchase. If that's ever not the case, we want to do what we can to make it right! As a boutique with limited quantities and ever-changing inventory, we offer the following return/exchange options:

Returns and Exchanges:

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase or delivery with a receipt, provided the items meet the following conditions:
    • Must be unused, with tags intact, and free from wear or damage
    • Must be in original packaging, if applicable
    • Must not be a final sale item (jewelry, seasonal, or markdowns)
    • Must not be a special order or a custom order
Without a receipt or after 30 days, exchanges or store credit are available.

All jewelry, holiday and seasonal items, and markdown items are FINAL SALE, and are not returnable.

If an item is received damaged or is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will take care of the shipping expense to return that to us, and we will issue a refund or a store credit, per your preference. Please be aware that if we no longer carry the item, or if the item is out of stock, we may not be able to offer the option of replacing the product.

If you're returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding!

Holiday Shipping and Returns:

Shop early! Everyone may be subject to shipping delays this holiday season. While we always aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner, shipping windows may be extended, and we are unable to control or guarantee a specific delivery date.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 1st and December 24th qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Returns on items purchased in this window will be accepted through January 30th.
Please remember that holiday items are excluded from returns or exchanges.
It's possible that processing returns and exchanges may take longer than anticipated during this time.
